Shipping & Returns
For Kiwis, your shopping cart has the option to pick up from our premises, or to have your order sent via courier. All orders within New Zealand sent via courier are typically despatched within 5 working days once payment has been processed into our account and providing we have your items in stock.
For orders sent outside of New Zealand, delivery times may vary. Please note that we only deliver to physical addresses, not PO Boxes. If you wish your order to be processed faster, there is a surcharge of 10%, and we recommend you pay via PayPal.
Some items are indent items - these are items we like and have a low demand for so do not generally carry them in stock. This is indicated in the item description along with their expected delivery time to our premises once payment is received. Some of these items are not available within NZ and may take up to 12 weeks to get here due to the suppliers shipping methods. You will be notified if this is the case and asked how you wish to proceed.
Currently we use Pass The Parcel as our courier company as they deliver free to rural areas within New Zealand. They collect from us anytime after 1.30pm, so we are not able to offer same day processing.
For Great Barrier Island and the Chatham Islands we use NZ Post.

These charges are added during the checkout process. A volumetric surcharge may apply for heavy or bulky orders.
We have a minimum order value of $7.50. Any orders under $7.50 will be a charged a fee of $5.00. as even the smallest orders incur the same time in packaging and postage.
Please note that some countries prohibit the delivery of essential oils, crystals and perfumed goods.

Essentialz accepts no responsibility for Couriers and NZ Post taking longer than their estimated times to deliver your order. If your order has a critical timeline, please state this on your order in the comments section or via email to us, so we can advise if your order can be processed and despatched in time to try and meet your deadline. From our end, the clock starts ticking once we have received your payment. Please note that couriers do mis-sort parcels from time to time, as well as have delays due to weather conditions, earthquakes, fires and serious accidents. Please allow for these possibilities when placing your order.
